TCG Welcomes New Junior Associates Sarah LeClair and Lauren Dirvonas

TCG is excited to announce that Sarah LeClair and Lauren Dirvonas have joined our team as Junior Associates.

Sarah LeClair has a background in econometric analysis, sustainability, and nonprofit advocacy. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island, with a graduate focus on green markets and sustainability. Sarah worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout her educational career related to community development, LGBTQ+ activism, youth education, and policy development.

Lauren Dirvonas’ background is in legal and policy research, advocacy, outreach, and communications. She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Colgate University. During her undergraduate career, Lauren was a Crisis and Advocacy Intern for the United Nations’ International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland. Most recently, she worked as a legal assistant for Caplan & Earnest, a small local law firm, and as a judicial assistant for the 20th Judicial District County Court, both located in Boulder, Colorado.
