Zeller Preservation LLC (Zeller) is a historical preservation firm that specializes in working with historical properties and aiding historic property owners, developers, and architectural and engineering firms to find and apply for funding opportunities. Zeller also supports their clients by ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and providing recommendations for historic renovations.
TCG worked with Zeller as a subcontractor, completing comprehensive architectural descriptions for two farming properties in Loudoun County, Virginia, for a Section 106 compliance project. The project required a historic map and aerial photograph review, an eligibility determination of a historic property, interior and exterior descriptions of the main farm buildings, exterior descriptions of four outbuildings, and an overall site description.
Simultaneously, TCG developed a historic context statement for another Zeller project in Pennsylvania. For this project, TCG produced a succinct three-page history of parochial (church) school education in Pennsylvania.
