Big Belly Solar provides a waste collection system to Federal agencies that reduces collection frequency, operating costs, fuel consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions. With support from TCG, Big Belly Solar successfully gained entrance into GSA Schedules and entered into contracts with several Federal agencies and municipalities.  

TCG assisted Big Belly Solar with a market assessment and new market strategy. This included a phased approach to evaluate potential market opportunities in the federal sector.  Our support consisted of identifying target markets within the federal government, providing analysis and recommendations for implementation, and securing the targeted government listings based on our market strategy.
