Jessica Bass
Environmental Planner
Jessica Bass is an environmental planner based in western New York. She has expertise in floodplain management and geospatial analysis.
Prior to joining The Clark Group, LLC, Jess worked as a municipal environmental planner where she worked on projects related to waterfront planning, brownfield redevelopment, and clean air efforts. She also provided technical assistance to communities to understand complex environmental issues and address them through informed local policies, which she continues to do.
Jess studied at the University at Buffalo where she earned her Master’s in Sustainability and her Bachelor’s in Environmental Geoscience.
Outside of work, you can find Jess hanging out with her pets, reading, hiking, or participating in local restoration efforts.
