Emily Harris is an Associate located in Maryland. She has experience with advocacy, outreach, communications, and policy research.
Ms. Harris earned a Master of Science in Law with a specialization in Environmental Law from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Washington College in 2015. Her graduate thesis and prior professional work have focused on Chesapeake Bay TMDL implementation and Clean Water Act compliance.
In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and beach trips with her dog, Pepper.
