Last week, The Clark Group, LLC (TCG) gathered in Washington, D.C. for our annual holiday offsite meeting. It’s a meaningful tradition that allows us to reconnect in person, reflect on the challenges of the past year, and celebrate the resilience of our team.
Amid ongoing shifts in environmental policy and the evolving regulatory landscape, convening reminded us that our greatest strength lies in collaboration, thoughtful dialogue, and the shared commitment we bring to our work every day.
TCG spent the majority of the offsite developing our strategic five-year plan, setting the company on a path of purpose. Between productive conversations, a reflection on our company’s values, laughter, and a little bit of holiday cheer, we honored the dedication that has carried us through the year.
