The Clark Group, LLC (TCG) is excited to announce that Jessica Bass has joined our team as an environmental planner.
Prior to joining TCG, Jess worked as a municipal environmental planner where she worked on projects related to waterfront planning, brownfield redevelopment, and clean air efforts. She also provided technical assistance to communities to understand complex environmental issues and address them through informed local policies, which she continues to do.
