TCG is excited to announce that Matt Shoen has joined our team as a cultural resources specialist.
Matt has expertise in aboveground cultural resources, historical research, and Section 106 evaluations. He holds a Master’s in Historic Preservation from the University of Vermont. Prior to joining The Clark Group, Matt worked for a firm in Buffalo, New York that specialized in historic tax credit projects. In this role, Matt wrote National Register nominations for dozens of buildings across the state and developed an enduring love for the built environment.
